Saying that.. I think minority might be out of the window now. Non White British are Ethnically Diverse People id the latest according to a very quick google.

Both Borolioness and myself are working on major projects at the moment with Boro to boost as you say under represented groups in the Boro crowd. I have just come out of a weekly meeting in fact - am presently working with a group of people that are gathering Boro stories from over 50s groups. Also making fanzines with Boro fans with learning disabilities and launching a new idea of filming Boro fans journeys to the game. We are also putting together a big design a Boro Pride tshirt competition for kids and lots of different community groups. We want to break down barriers and show what a diverse group we really are but are all drawn together by the Boro.
Everyone in that shirt, new or old is part of the Boro community. art of the Boro story.

Oh and we also appealing with Middlesbrough Supporters Forum for fans to give us your old Boro shirts - we are collecting them at the Boro game on 18th March next to the Food Bank van. Just like the Foundation boot collection they will given out to those that need a shirt to wear.

Average attendance this season has been around 25k.. although we do have black and Asian fans, no where near where I think we should be. A sensible, practical and guided approach to diversity and inclusion.. should see a packed riverside!!

Hang on.. 10% ticket rise.. or 10% increase in number of fans attending.
Surely the club could come up with a deal.. If Boro Massala bring in more ethnically diverse fans to the point of increasing attendance by 10% then we all should get a price freeze!
