That's why he's the best Block, he can get the best because of his man management skills, can see if a player is suitable to another position, play him there & hhe will perform to a good standard, he builds players who are struggling with confidence, awesome manager & as a club we are so lucky to have him

Once he retires we should give him the keys for No10 so he can sort out the country

His miracle was keeping us up... that was simply incredible. To turn a complete turkey of a side That couldn’t buy a win into a promotion form side with no new players added .

That was the miracle but yes he has taken this side and created a side built on Teesside steel solid as a rock.

At the turn of the year I thought the squad we had was the most gutless I had seen since 82-85. This fella has come in and turned a spineless rabble into a unit that is truly horrible to play against and grinds out results in a way that I didn’t think they were remotely capable of no matter who was in charge. I just hope he is backed in the market and I get to see at team of his at the riverside and not on a dodgy box.
