Neil Warnock- a beacon of light in some dark days

I never thought we were spineless, just clueless. Now they know exactly what they are doing. I remember v Brentford watching Coulson haring after one player then another chasing after the ball like a twelve year old while they just passed the ball around us. Now they're communicating with each other, pressing effectively and cutting off options with good marking. It probably helps that there isn't a crowd as they can hear each other.

His best line for me today was when he said that all the players never take their eyes off him, and hang on to every word he says in the dressing room - respect!

Just watched his post match interview - they just get better and better.

Somebody needs to put a video together of this season with Interview after interview in date order. Just flash the results up in between each interview.

At the turn of the year I thought the squad we had was the most gutless I had seen since 82-85. This fella has come in and turned a spineless rabble into a unit that is truly horrible to play against and grinds out results in a way that I didn’t think they were remotely capable of no matter who was in charge. I just hope he is backed in the market and I get to see at team of his at the riverside and not on a dodgy box.
That’s why a good experienced manager can step in and knows what to do however Neil (and Blackwell & Jepson don’t forget) have and are doing a wonderful job
All along I’ve been saying we have good players but they still need a manager who is clever enough to organise them and man manage them
Neil Warnock and his team are complete experts at this and Gibbo is really lucky to have him!
I’ll never forget though his comments After the Cardiff game the other week about kiefer Moore choosing them over us ; ‘basically it’s his loss’ Neil Warnock would’ve turned him into the divisions top striker and he and his team knew it but Moore didn’t

Agree come on you tech wizards out there!
Do your stuff, we have a legendary manager here!

Like a lot on here, I have admired Warnock, ever since his Notts County team comfortably beat us in the play offs 30 years ago. what I didn’t expect though has been his (and his staff) ability to improve the young lads. I always thought he was a manager that bought players rather than improve the existing ones. His management of Bola has been brilliant in my opinion. He seems to play him one game then pulls him out. Puts him in again and you can see the improvement, culminating yesterday in the best performance I have seen from him against the likes of Knockaert, Lolley and Ameobi. Whilst our squad is short in numbers I think in the medium to long term it is a blessing.
