I work with a lot of Asians. In their community they swear by taking a tea spoon of tumeric with a cup of warm milk every night. Apparently, arthritis doesn't exist.

Not sure if it's true, but I've started taking tumeric tablets everyday. I've tried the it with milk and it taste horrible.
