Weird, I sort of remember this but a) thought it was a pill or tablet you take 1 a day and b) Maddo was cryptic like but the chat exchange came up initially about having a broken sleep on successive nights due to having to go the bathroom . Neil normally buys this special medicine from an old canvassed caravan on Stockton market owned by a very articulate salesman, its a serpent elixir and it can cure everything and is also stops your shoes squeaking on polished floors. But you have to believe it works first.

You don’t have to get up to have a wazz
As long as you go back to sleep whilst it is still warm
