Ziege seems like the one we all would pick but any other definites.

I picked Branco

Ziege weak as a left back for me throughout his career. As a wing back he gets in, absolutely.

Branco 70 odd caps and world cup winner.

Is it just me who keeps seeing Robson and thinking Barry?

Boksic first name on the team sheet for me, closely followed by Mendi. Two absolute giants in their day and still pinch myself that they actually played for Boro.

Emmerson anyone? IMO the best midfielder we've had in the Riverside era and not too shabby at Porto either.

Surprised nobody has selected Downing to bring a bit of balance to the team,him and Ziege would have been a great combination on the left attacking wise,not so sure defensively though.

I think Downing should be in too. Had his best seasons when not playing for us
