I’m still not massively clear how it’s supposed to work. You would think you buy a ticket it should update the wallet automatically

Just bought a ticket for tomorrow night. Last game I used the digital membership for was Ipswich. The pass for Ipswich obviously expired and went into my expired passes on my iPhone wallet.
This morning no sign of the Chelsea ticket in the wallet. Go to the expired passes and it’s in there as an expired pass ?!!!?
is it just me struggling ? I mean i work in IT so I’m computer literate but it seems to be a right crock of 5hit…..
I've had this a couple of times. Solved it once by redownloading my membership to my wallet. When my season ticket went digital because of a change from adult to silly old git, they still sent me a card as well! Must have thought I was too senile to use NFC technology
I think we can all agree - it’s a crap user experience. Obviously not tested properly before it was rolled out or maybe they are just happy using rubbish third party ticketing software.Mine has updated to Chelsea in the past few minutes. You can manually update the ticket as well (iPhone):
Click on the three dots at the top right of the screen when you have the ticket open in your wallet. Select Pass Details.
To manually update your digital Season Card, please pull down the screen. It should display 'Updated just now' at the top, underneath the image.
The ticket should then manually update to the latest ticket in your wallet.

When you've contacted the club they didn't say that the software came from a reputable company called Fujitsu and that you're the only one having issues with it by any chance?I think we can all agree - it’s a crap user experience.
