Muniz

Spending money on Forss and Hoppe and then bringing in a striker on loan ahead of them in the pecking order would seem dafter to me.
Both development strikers. Less pressure on them to be the main man if there's someone ahead of them. They will get 30 mins or so every game to prove what they can do and if they do well they will keep their place.

The one ahead of them will be a permanent striker like Strand Larsen, not a loanee.

Fulham were linked with 2 forwards over the weekend so I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s here by the weekend .......just a matter of time now surely .

If we got Muniz & Larsen, we would have a very, very strong squad. If we added a LCB and a midfielder (I think we are trying to aim higher than than the Hannibal standard), it will be all be on Wilder to deliver. That is a seriously good, well balanced squad that should get promotion. Only slight over dependency on first choice wing backs

That’s why the squad was thin in the summer , it gives wilder the opportunity a window and the opportunity to build his window squad and last year’s achievements . We’ve improved every area of weakness so far other than midfield .
I don’t think we’ve done bad imo things are happening it’s a shame the fans voice seems so negative theyl . The big money will probably be spent in the last week or two in Larsen and greaves ………£15m ish . That’s be what about £20m for the summer .

listening to Chubas after match interview sounds like he has had a wake up call and his confidence is high , lot of team references and seems very proud to be in the highlight ....

Currently I would say the forward line is same standard as last season (second half)

Midfield is down three players.

Surely there will be two ahead of them. Hoppe and Forss hopefully not our starters for the reast of the season. Hopefully it will be Larsen and Muniz as starters. With Akpom on the bench along with the other two. Not sure why you think it has to be a permanent striker not a loanee. Whoever is the best out of the hopefully 5 strikers should be starting.

Hopefully still two strikers a left sided CB and another midfielder to come in. Especially if Watmore goes.

We’re not finished yet though are we .
Tav is replaced with mowatt payero won’t be missed based in his contribution. I can’t think of any other midfielder that contributed so I don’t see us worse but we obviously need re informing which will probably just be the one

Not saying that he will have the same attitude but I remember Braithwaite having a good August. When the transfer window shut he became less motivated and was rubbish until we could shift him in January. There is a reason that Akpom has scored so few goals in his career and I'm so far not convinced that a couple of good games is enough evidence to expect him to lead us to the PL this season.
I would never question Akpom’s attitude, it’s always been absolutely first class. This is a guy who’s left the easy life to go and play in weird leagues a few times. It’s his quality and consistency that is up and down.

Braithwaite had the holy trinity of being (1) ****, (2) a nob, and (3) not wanting to be here.
