I’m moving back to Boro soon. Just need to know where to avoid, we’ve been looking at the new builds near Whinney banks & Thorntree I’m not to bothered about
Where I live just don’t want to much crime on my door step.

Depends on your budget, nothing wrong with the new builds in Thorntree, I don't know enough about the Whinney banks development. Whatever the budget, my biggest concerns will be who the neighbours are and if buy to let landlords are sniffing about, if they are, stay clear.

Beechwood is canny, not many houses pop up tho..
Personally I’d avoid Hemlington and Town

Yeah I must admit haven’t even looked at hemlington, did look at Cumberland Road tho.

Is it really bad? I almost moved there 10 years ago. It was a bit plain but seemed decent. I've started thinking about it again because it'd be really handy for my new job. Has it gone downhill massively?

What size house 3 bed 4 bed do you have kids then schools is another factor to consider

Cumberland Road is a decent area, I used to live in one of the closes off of it.
