MOTD running order

For anyone who thinks the order of play is determined by quality of game, think again.

Sheff Uniteds 3 all draw with Fulham came after Man Uniteds spawny one all draw with Brentford.

Seems the Beeb’s impartiality doesn’t extend to showing unfashionable sides ahead of the big boys even if its a 6 goal thriller.

Could it not just be a matter of balance? If I was planning the running order I think I'd mix it up a bit so that I wasn't showing all the best games (if that's what games with lots of goals are) first only to have people turn off halfway through the show before all the dross is shown.

When I was at uni the sort of people who supported teams because they win things would always complain about any team that wasn’t top 6 being picked for tv.
I just assume it’s targeted at these people, Man U could draw 0-0 with no shots on target and it would not be on last.

Who cares, honestly. Does anyone really care about seeing more than just the goals from Sheff Utd vs. Fulham.

Don’t watch it as much as I used to but I’m pretty sure the running order is far better than it used to be.
Whether you agree with it being first or not, you can surely appreciate Brentford Man U was a game of interest. 2 injury time goals, 42 shots, Brentford hit the post 4 times.
