Yeah, the decision to move on isn't particularly surprising, they failed massively at the end of the season, it's just odd to wait till the end of the international break to the pull the trigger.

Not sure what they expect tbh they are 15th in the Championship it's about their level, they don't get big crowds. Hull City are a bigger club. Who are they going to attract better than Rowett. They were punching above their weight last season if you ask me....

Kevin Muscat is making a nice life over in Japan having coached his team to,the J League.

He also won the A League with Melbourne Victory. Not sure why he’d want to come to Millwall.

If this is Millwall getting rid of Rowett - I don't think they will get any better. To me they are lower half Championship Club who almost made the play offs last year. Their average attendance is about 14,000 and I don't get the impression they don't get massive subsidies from the owners. Where ever Rowett has gone he seems to get solid results. He not a barrel of laughs and a bit dour, but he's not paid to be an entertainer.
