Millwall away

Now that the tv schedule has been announced for the Millwall game no direct trains to London that weekend due to engineering works. A 4 hour 30 minute journey via Sheffield if you want to go by train.

to add

if you were thinking of getting the train back via the same route as you went down the last train to do so leaves St Pancras at 18.30

otherwise your waiting till Sunday for a minimum 5 and a half hour journey back that could potentially have bus replacement as part of your journey

We normally go and I went to book trains last night.
Too much of a carry on and £111 each, even with discount.
Will give it a miss this time.
There could be a big cup away trip just after.

There’s a Newcastle - Heathrow flight NB but not much cheaper at £82 return

I was aware of train works so made it a extra long weekend.
Going to Masters Snooker at Ally Pally too.
Just love Millwall away

Wouldn't be a bad option (we are handy for the airport), but the flight back leaves at 6.30 which would be hard to make, particularly with the police holding fans back at Millwall.

Saw engineering works planned so also booked 3 nights but got it for only £110 ( Zone 6 - Black Friday sale ;) )
Was sweating on TV games as I also booked theatre for Friday night, but can breathe now!

Even better Price
I'm looking in wrong places

If there’s difficulty travelling from North East it could mean more ticket availability for us southerners with limited priority points😉

Does anyone know what time the coaches normally leave Boro for Millwall for a 3pm ko? Looking at that and going up from York to get it. Thanks
