McNair in talks with 2 clubs

McNair in talks with 2 championship clubs one believed to be Norwich , having been given permission, and did not train today.
Good servant , I wish him well , makes space for a signing .
No doubt people will link Ben Gibson for a return ,who did not feature for Norwich in their last game, or could Josh Sargent be the Marquee signing to Gyokeres? ( the last bit only me hoping )

Hes given us 4 years under five different Managers.
Always been consumate professional.
He deserves a chance elsewhere if thats what he wants (y)

I agree. I really don't think he hasn't done anything to deserve criticism from our fans. He was vital under both Warnock and Wilder. He just doesn't fulfil what we need in midfield now and doesn't suit playing in a back 4. So it's right to move him on but deserves respect from the fans for performing so well since he joined us in whatever role he's been asked to play.

All entitled to our opinions Rob. I have seen someone who looks like he isn’t arsed for a good while now. When I see that I don’t class them as a Boro player and my respect goes. Can’t wait to be shot of him

Straight swap for Ben Gibson?

If McNair wants to move and Gibson wants to come home I could see this happening tbh.

Agreed.
Got pelters on here over the past few months, I just likened it to him been the latest boo boy.
Played a hell of a lot of games for us and his country over the past few years. If he moves on this window I'll wish him well and thank you.
 
Yep, best of luck to him he doesn't deserve the criticism aimed at him, this season and the end of the last one is where it started to go wrong, otherwise he's been a good player here. It seems like Wilder affected his confidence as well.
