Lets try and give warnock the players he needs to play 433 / 4231. Thats how he has got teams promoted in the past. He can only work with what he has got and as we saw last year, that is not a lot.

We would need a RB, another out and out CB, a LB, a RW, a LW and another CF. That's at least 5 starters on top of the 3 we have already got. Basically a whole team
