Spot on. And people have said I'm far better looking in a mask.I actually quite like wearing the mask, it keeps your face warm from the cold

You do realise you can be exempt from an activity but still partake in that activity? Exemption isn't exclusion.
I thought this had been made clear but masks help slow down the spread of the virus, I think they do little to protect the wearer. So, yes, people who are exempt from wearing masks are doing a really good thing. They are doing something they don't have to do, because it may be beneficial to others. It's a really selfless act.

The way I read. The below for example is you only gain exemption if you CANNOT for the reasons stated wear a mask, therefore you are either exempt or you are not. The word cannot for me rules out the distinction you are trying to make.
- people who cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering because of a physical or mental illness or impairment, or disability
I’ve wore a mask consistently for months. Sanitised, washed hands and kept socially distanced. I’ve not been going out, only to work and getting groceries delivered.
I tested positive for coronavirus a week last Friday.
The masks are a waste of time, you’ll get it or pass it on anyway. Plus my partner tested negative twice. Mad isn’t it.
Im not blaming restaurants. Read my comments again. Apart from Universities and schools Im laying some blame at those not behaving as asked.Pubs and restaurants been open since 4th July. I know it's easy to use the industry as a scapegoat but you'll be actually be doing Wancock a favour blaming us.
The mask isn't to protect you, it's to stop you from spreading it if you have it, though it will decrease the chance of you catching it.
Sorry to hear this Fassy. How are you feeling, if that isn't a daft question?

Fortunately I’m well enough now to return to work. Thanks for asking
I know, but thanks for the informative lecture. You must be a scientist?
It didn’t do a great job of decreasing my chance of getting it, as I stated, I’d never had the thing off.
If you look right across Europe you will see that the countries heavily using the masks and in favour of lockdowns are the ones doing the worst.
I won’t wear one because there’s enough scientific evidence to confirm that they provide no protection to me or others and are more likely to cause me harm either by breathing in fibres from the mask or by touching my face/mask more and thus increasing my chances or being infected.
Anyone with asthma who wears something on their face which restricts their breathing must be trying to earn themselves a Darwin Award
masks increase infection
Are you sure about this? Also what if you look across the world? I'd dare say that Asian countries that enforce lockdowns and are regular mask wearers are doing the best of allIf you look right across Europe you will see that the countries heavily using the masks and in favour of lockdowns are the ones doing the worst.
