Yeah sorry but you are wrong here. Like InglebyUTB said, he was a regular poster on the Ingleby Barwick Noticeboard on there. it might even have been me who put that post up as it sounds like something I would have done on a windup on there. I had a few run-ins with him on the site and he was very pro-Tory. That doesn't mean all Tory's are just like it doesn't mean all Labour people are when something comes out of the woodwork, but just wanted to confirm my experiences of him

In fact I remember referencing him here as being a massive penis and someone coming out to defend him about how lovely he was, wonder if I can track that down haha.
 
Incidentally, was MP ever on TFM? My brothers and dad seem to think he did the Dingers and the Dongers, TFM wiki makes a brief mention of him as a former presenter, but his wikipedia page makes no mention of him working there and cant find anything on google other than him trying to get the licence?

But I am pleased he got caught.
He must have a big house and lots of cash.
Perhaps the people who know about this sort of thing can trace the victims and share the money to try and help them put some sort of life together.
Even a little would make a big difference if you live in poverty.
 
Had the “pleasure” of sitting next to him at the 97 FA cup final. Many supporters will be wondering what to do with their programmes they got him to sign that day. It was constant.
 
Human intuition is an incredible thing, the amount of people who thought he was a slimy **** and weren't surprised when all this came out.

I said earlier he would be released at the half way point... Forgot the government changed the release point to 2 thirds of the sentence length if the offence is a schedule 15 offence (which this is) with a tariff of more than 7 years. So he'll do a minimum of 8 not 6, but release will not be at the discretion of the parole board.
 
You can apply for parole when you have completed 1 third of your sentence. If no parole is granted at any time you generally serve 2 thirds of your sentence. Guilt or innocence plays no part in the parole consideration. The parole board assume you are guilty but equally cannot use a denial of guilt to withhold parole. Parole is based largely on whether you are a risk to society.

The above information relates to custodial sentences above 12 months. 12 months and below the rules are slightly different.

As for Mark Page i remember him being an **** even in the Ayresome Park days. The couple of times ive met him seemed full of himself. Probably even convinced himself he was going to get off. ☹️
 
Somebody on here said they were at some function where he attending, and he spent his time sat there flicking peanuts up in the air and catching them in his mouth.

Was part of Preston's initial campaign team wasn't he?

Page needed to accept what he has done, come clean on his terrible crimes and helped the police and authorities with any information he can to expose others involved. Unfortunately his failure to accept responsibility for his actions means he'll likely always remain a danger to society.
