There appear to be a number of schools of thought:

He is perfectly entitled to share his view
He is perfectly entitled to have the views but - tone it down (kind of back in the closet mentality)
He shouldn’t have the views

The first one is the only one that works for me

I agree, but he should be prepared for people to have a view on his view.

I think McLean is a dispicable human being, already teaching his kids murder is acceptable, unless the balaclava was meant as an object of peace?

I wonder if he supports the IRA assistance to the German intelligence in the second WW via Abwehr group?

But, he has a right to his views as long as he accepts it offends a lot of people in the country he has decided by his own free will to take the ££.
