Luton are cheats

Anyone that thinks that's a penalty is mad.

I can accept losing at the end of the day this game doesn't impact our season. What I told me was the lads who were out of the side are more than capable of stepping in should they be needed.
They were better than third in the league! Players like Dijksteel, Jones, Crooks. Mowatt all showed they're ready. Bola wasn't great but he was out of position and I'm certain he'd be ready to step in at left back if required.
It gave me confidence. That's thr big bad Luton everyone has been so wary of.
This team, this squad can beat anybody.

To be done by a stupidly bad desicion will only have fueled the desire of this squad.

I've never felt so confident in a squad of players to get through 2 legs and finally lift our hoodoo at Wembley.

Team for Rotherham would be

Steffen
Dijksteel Howson Leinhan Giles
Mowatt Barlaser
Jones Chuba Hackney
Archer

Obviously should any of our walking wounded be back go get them some minutes.

We **ed all over luton with our second XI playing half arsed and only a crap ref bascially gifted them 3pts

We are levels above Luton technically, they have done well but their game plan of playing big potatos up front and hoofing it like wimbledon
only works if the oppostion play a deeper line and invite crosses and diagonal balls into the box

I think on a wembley pitch we will destroy them on a technical level and playing a higher line, i can honestly say even though we lost,
that game was a stroll, pretty much the same as the home game, we have to be either **** or unlucky to lose to them 9 times out of 10

You have to give credit to luton, their style works, you can hardly expect them to play tikki takka with a budget they have, really well run club that
pays to its limitations, cannot fault their methodology

Dermot Gallagher was just asked about it on Ref Watch there.

Paraphrasing but it was along these lines:

"I don't think it's a penalty, the goalkeeper has done everything right to get out of the way, but the player was already off balance. Not a penalty, but not a dive either. Should have been a goal kick."

I don't agree that it wasn't a dive, I just think Morris was very clever about the way he went down, but at least there's a bit of "official" acknowledgement that it was the wrong decision.

Has he apologized to Neil Warnock about it?
