Anyone else go last night?
Didnt find it as wow as 2019 when I last visited with projected whales jumping in and out of the Wear and a giant snow globe.
This year once you walked through the Cathedral you were then forced to go on a long river walk as you exited via the back of the building at which some points were very narrow and not very well lit.
But something different to do with the partner. Im sure Mr Wetherspoons takings will be well up on a usual November weekend, there wasnt an empty table in the place!
Anyone going i suggest you try and get in the Sands car park then youre a 2 min walk from quite a few of the installations
Couldnt resist getting my sharpie pen out my pocket .. rather childish i know
