Luke Thomas' 2nd-half performance

I think Bangura is the best left back we currently have - can’t recall him costing us any goals when he’s played and he is super quick. I hope he can get some game time before the season ends

He may well be but if he’s never fit then it’s irrelevant really. He’s had 2 very long spells out. Quite concerning

He was good but after a promising game Monday, Greenwood looked miles off it again. He wasn't getting in to pressure Key so he had bags of time.
He did well, but he was their spare man when we set up from goal kicks, so although he did well, it was very much a tactical decision for us to let him have it in that area of the pitch. Tbf to greenwood, it looked like he was asked to come narrower to block off certain areas of the pitch out of possession.

I like him, I wouldn’t be against signing him permanently.

There must be a decent player in there. No way he does what he's already done if he's rubbish.
Confidence is massive in football, looks at Chuba for example. If we can get him for a low fee/wages, he could blossom for us.

I like him, but if we're sticking with wing backs I think we need a little more than he offers. He's not a dynamic player and I've yet to see him fully understand the role, knowing when to drop back, push forward, come inside etc. He's been here a few months now but hasnt fully settled into the role imo.

Ideal material for Michael Carrick to mould into the player he wants.
Experience against the biggest teams in the Premiership and also in Europe.
This young man will be a major component in our team next season.
Sign him.

Thomas made his European debut in the UEFA League v AEK Athens in 2020, when Foxes won 2-1.

This lad is no fledgling amateur and can put some of our elder statesmen to shame. He's only 22. We've seen nothing of what this lad is capable of yet, and we`de be fools not to sign him.

Jury’s out on this lad - i think he played well in spells today, won headers and got tackles in and set up Greening with a very nice bit of skill. I was expecting more from him so far but he may come good yet.

We haven’t played wingbacks for 3/4 games now

What games do you watch.
He is dreadful, pulls out of tackles, can’t pass
Started 2nd half reasonably well then got skinned and had to drag winger back.
Probably should have been booked for that.
