why not both? they're very different types of playersI'd probably rather risk a punt on Twine.

I wouldn't be against that at all, I meant more if we were signing a 'main man' for decent coin then a cheaper guy as the number two to rotate with the others.why not both? they're very different types of players
I think it's a buyers market as far as Joao is concerned. Everyone knows Reading have to sell and reduce their wage bill as agreed with the EFL.I'd rather have maybe a Gyökeres/Riis Jakobsen with a Twine over one of those two and someone like Joao with a patchy injury record that would probably command a decent fee and wage.
You can say that again!A 4 of Gyokeres, Joao, Twine and Watmore would be pretty decent
wilder does like one of his strikers to drop and link the play, think twine could play that rollAre we talking about Scott Twine? Admittedly I don’t know much about him, but I thought he was an attacking midfielder rather than a striker? Either way, his stats for MK Dons are very impressive this year - 20 goals and 13 assists.
he's a 10, can play off a CF like Gyokeres like O'Hare does for Coventry. People are obsessed with having a poacher that runs in behind, but you can do it other ways. Gyokeres holds up for Cov and O'Hare picks it up in the space he just isn't very good at shooting.....Twine isAre we talking about Scott Twine? He scores goals so deffo not a Wilder typeDecent scoring record. I always thought he was a handful at Sheff Wed (although hardly prolific).
A big unit who's slightly unpredictable so has a match winning ability.
Although I'm not convinced he's a Wilder 'type?'. A kind of target man who's not going to chase and close down.
