According to the gazette with an announcement to be made as early as tomorrow. Jacob saying he doesn't want it, but this is clearly a ploy as he knows it is to happen regardless but will look like the good guy if he tries to contest it

COVID UPDATE FOR REDCAR & CLEVELAND

Correct as of 7th Oct at 6PM.

Following conversations with the Secretary of State today, they will NOT be putting Redcar & Cleveland into local lockdown tomorrow.

They will continue to keep us under review and monitor our cases incredibly closely - and if they continue to rise exponentially they may have to act quickly.
