My issue is the term murder as it wasn’t murder. Manslaughter yes but murder is a ludicrous charge.

The police officer shot a man in cold blood because of an incident the vehicle was involved in the previous day, I hope he doesn’t see daylight again.

Again where was the murder in that he was an armed officer it was manslaughter no doubt.

Too much emotion involved cries of racism doesn’t help either.

This is the up standing member of the public Chris Kaba shooting a gun in one of his two firearm incidents in his lifetime. Was only a matter of time until he would’ve killed someone himself

He was shot dead unarmed through a windscreen. The officer had no justification whatsoever for pulling his trigger, hence why he’s being charged with murder.

Maybe you should. In my eyes it's the discrimination of anybody due to their race. OK you maybe didn't mention the police officers race in this comment but your vitriol and unsubstantiated bile makes you out as one of the most biased and unthinking people I have ever came across. to be fair manslaughter would be an easier charge to gain a conviction as murder will the harder to prove.

More chance of an acquittal.

His past is his past, whatever happened or whatever he did previously doesn’t excuse the fact he was shot dead unarmed.

Why is it when a black male is killed by a police officer they jump straight to his criminal history? Just like George Floyd.

He was murdered.
