Liverpool v Man City

Liverpool edged it for me and Diaz will have nightmares tonight about the chances he missed. A very good game for the neutral fan.

Most flustered I’ve seen City in a very long time.

Gifting Liverpool the penalty early second half didn’t help, but Liverpool the better team overall.

Was a good game. Far better than some of the boring, cagey games you often get between the top sides. City looked great in the first half and could've been a few ahead but the 2nd half was the opposite and Liverpool should have taken some of those chances.

Think the non-penalty at the end was correct. He put his foot up to control the ball but there was no force in it. He was controlling it rather than kicking at it. Ederson's decision was correct as well for me. Wasn't violent or reckless. He made a play for the ball and he was a few milliseconds late. Penalty and yellow card

Zorro went quiet all of a sudden didn't he?

Don't get the hatred of Liverpool really. There's more to life isn't there
You never been in a Teesside pub when they are playing then.

Oh and they were found guilty by the fa tapping our players up.

I have a huge dislike for Liverpool and would rather see anyone else win the league than them. I said before Christmas that I fancy Liverpool to pip City for the title this season, there seems to be something else about them this year and I don't believe it is due to Klopp leaving. To make the title race better, Arsenal haven't gone away and it is very tight at the top.

Anything could happen.
