Wife and I are going to have a wander along the top end of Linthorpe Road and visit the Dorman Museum. Not been to this part of town for ages, any recommendation for Lunch appreciated. Thanks.

I had a wander round Dorman Museum a few weeks ago for the 1st time in decades. Loved it.

Is called Dressers. Named after the Victorian designer Christopher Dresser. Christopher Dresser teamed up with the Linthorpe art Pottery. He became a pioneering designer from ceramics to.wall paper and he embraced industrial processes making his work more affordable.
Dresser's work often crops up on Antiques Roadshow and is still manufactured in Italy today. The Dorman is the world centre for his collection and study.
