Lindos Sports bars?

I have the usual holiday request please. Before I resort to looking at trip advisor/google

Does anyone know of a bar in Lindos or surrounding where they’ll be showing the game?

I did bump go to a bar here over 15 years ago owned by a boro fan. Didn’t show footy there though sadly.

Thank you

I did walk past one bar there that had a TV, chances of anywhere showing Boro game is slim though isnt it. And the chances of me be able to point out where it was or what it was called are slimmer - it was on a narrow winding street / alley :D

Most of the bars and restaurants are on the roof terraces in Lindos so not conducive to having TVs

Yeah I did think there was a low chance but thought it was worth an ask as the Fmttm fountain of well travelled knowledge might throw up something. Thanks though

I'm in Arenal d'en Castell in Menorca and my hopes of watching live have been dashed by the Irish bar not opening till 5 so I will be scouring online for a link.

We are heading to Rhodes tomorrow, stopping in Rhodes Town but will be having a boat trip around to Lindos.

Fortunately we are flying from Newcastle mid afternoon so all being well I should get to watch the match in the bar on my iPad before boarding.

Hope it's nice n warm over there!

A lovely 32 degrees with a small but welcome breeze.

Lindos is lovely but its very crowded. If you are going to visit the acropolis, go early, before the tour buses disgorge loads of tourists. It then calms down a bit in the evening once they have gone. We stayed at a hotel in the next bay up which was a lot quieter, but you could easily get a bus or taxi over to Lindos. there was a decent bus service all down the main route from Rhodes to Lindos

I felt sorry for the donkeys carry all the fatties up to the acropolis.
Don't know whether that's still a thing?

Actually thinking about it , try the ice bar where the buses drop people off at the top of the hill. I think it plays sports

Lindos is a stunning place, but not sure you'll find a sports bar as such. It might be an iPad job & a pint somewhere.
