Just use the back of the hammer:

I brush my teeth while having my before going to bed pee at night and in the shower in the morning. I also use Old Spice captain which is a body wash and shampoo so that saves time too. I did the maths and have figured out this essentially gives me five years extra of life.

Also squeeze lemons over a strainer thingy so you don't get lemon pips in your food. Not having figured this out until my forties is one of the great regrets of my life.

Also if you want to be promoted don't sell your top goalscorer.
