I think he's a very clever forward and think he would be a good signing. That's saying something with our track record on strikers, but for me it's the ones with football intelligence that do well for us.
 
I would 100% have him on board.i always felt he was likely to cause some trouble amongst our semi impregnable back 5 when we've played him.

You can't really knock that record. 112 goals in 226 starts over the last 10 years. even last year it was a goal every 170 mins. He is a bit of a lazy sod though.

Think he’s a good back option if I’m honest, bit of a leader and knows where the back of the net is. Wouldn’t be against it
 
He used to be good but I wasn’t impressed last year. I think Boro need someone younger although a Viduka of an of any age would be welcome.🙂
 
No doubting his ability, but I do wonder whether he would accept being a squad player, always came across as a bit of moody git. Not sure he would suit the wilder pressing style either.

Surely at his age he wouldn't expect to be starting every game for side pushing for top four?

I'm sure he couldn't do the press, but to bring off the bench late on, as a focal point/link up man when we're trying to build pressure to nick a goal he could be an asset.
 
Rather find a younger version of him. Decent in his prime but not anymore. See also lucas Jutkiewicz
 
He wouldn't be the worst signing, but I've never liked him since seeing how he acted at Sunderland.
 
Never liked him, just the way he seems to carry himself and always has a face like a smacked **** but could be completely wrong. His record at this level aint bad and if he came in as part of the new look strike force i wouldn't grumble too much.
