Letting Morsy go reminds me of Butterfield deal

He'll certainly bite your leg end. I hope we don't miss that aggression when up against teams like Blackburn at the weekend.
 
Butterfield was always crocked 😂 I'm gutted about Morsy though, will be okay with it if McGrath walks through the door, if not I'm not happy. I like him!
 
He never showed his Wigan form, only sporadically, was unlucky with injuries etc....

He's definitely a player & hopefully our midfield has the right balance now he's gone.....

There's an awful lot riding on Siliki.....

McGrath is a completely different type of player, signing him wouldn't make up for the loss of bite in our m/f!
 
I think there's some truth in the story about him convincing others to not get the covid jab. He is very vocal both on and off the pitch. He is one of the only leaders in the squad so there must be another reason for us offering him to others.

Nope - That 'Boro side that Karanka put together 2nd half of that season with Graham up front was full of goals & Butterfield was a massive part of that....

Went for £5m after that aswell....

Injuries did for his career sadly....

One of the ITK posters on one boro has claimed this may be true aswell. Can’t of went down well with a Warnock. It’s not the reason I don’t want him though.

Siliki may be good enough, Morsy ISN’t good enough. I would rather take the chance on Siliki and see what happens. I’m glad we have went down that route.

Don’t rate him. Delighted he’s leaving. Can’t stand players who foul constantly. He might do well in league 1, will be interesting to see. He’s had his house up for sale for weeks too so I don’t buy all this he wants to stay stuff.
