Lesser known great TV series on Amazon/Netflix

And well known one's of course.

Really struggling to find series to get into at the moment - mainly as my partner is a fussy git when it comes to shows.

We have just finished the Tunnel which was pretty good and recently watched The Fall. That's the kind of genre we like. Any recommend any series we may have overlooked or may not have heard of that are worth giving a go.
 
Dark is good (but in German), Flint Town is really interesting if it is still on there, light hearted I love Community.

The Americans is really good on Prime cold war spy thriller set in the 80's Watched it with her indoors and she loved it 👍
 
Godless on Netflix is excellent. A western with Jack O'Connell in it,
Seven Seconds on Netflix. Tensions high in Jersey City between black community and police when a cop critically injures a young boy.
 
Dark is brilliant. 15/10

Squid Game 9/10
Alice in Borderland 9/10
Unit 42 9/10
Ted Lasso 12/10
Money Heist 11/10 not watched new series yet.

It's huge in the US but not so much in the UK, so "This Is Us" probably fits that category.

A recommendation on here put me on to it, it's fantastic, on Prime.

Also "The Comey Rule" ( Sky Atlantic IIRC) and " The Looming Tower" (Prime) are both 10/10.
 
Money Heist (Netflix). The first two seasons.

Loses its way a bit after that, but doesn't really matter because the first two are a well contained story with a proper ending anyway.

The Plot Against America (Was on NOW TV, not sure if still is)
