a huge miss.. we have a great squad.. fantastic.. but I hope these long term losses don't end up costing us. thankfully we have a fair few loan spots still available. and signing Greenwood in January would free up another spot.

I would still fancy Nat Philips on loan from Liverpool.. we've had a sniff around before and I think he could possibly make a good long term addition to the squad.

Indeed. But why would Zack Steffen come back to Boro to cover a short term absence when we already signed a third choice keeper in Jamie Jones, assuming we also lose Tom Glover (personally I think Glover misses out being picked for Australia)

I hope thats the route we go, move Rav into the centre for cover/ pushing McNair and Fry, and we dont opt to try and bring in a short term more experienced CB

First Smith and now Lenihan. 2 really solid and experienced defenders out for the season.

It would be good to see if Clarke is ready for 1st team football. If so, him, Dijksteel and VDB can all play there. We can cope until January as long as no one else gets a long term injury, but a loan or new signing in January would not go amiss.
