Leeds are having a bit of a wobble aren’t they

Pretty shocking away form - there home form is propping their season up at the moment. A lot of their fans aren’t happy with Farke and are wanting him out already - plus they’re bricking it at the thought of the playoffs, which i suspect is where they’ll end up. Boro Leeds playoff final anyone 😁

I thought we were unlucky not to get a point at their place, even with ten men - they have some fantastic talent, especially in the front positions, but they just seem to be lacking something and aren’t great defensively

They threw everything but the kitchen sink at wba towards the end of the game just no end product, wba defended really well

It’s a strange league, seems like anyone can beat anyone else on the day - barring Leicester and Southampton, who i think will be top two.

Also noticeable that Ipswich only three points above Southampton now. Their current form is worse than ours

Ipswich will drop off but they should make the playoffs with the run they’ve had so far. Wasn’t impressed at all by them against us

Yet they're further ahead of Leeds than they were after Leeds beat them, and played very well against Leicester by all accounts and fully deserved the point.

Southampton stole a result yesterday because of bad officiating, as good as their form has been, and they'll slip up again at some point too.
Russell Martin was under pressure when we beat them, and fans were restless, it's not like they've been brilliant all season.

The Ipswich game against QPR was paused for a prolonged period because of a medical emergency in the stands, which is bound to have disrupted things.

I do think there's a good chance they'll be caught now, but they've still got 5 wins and 3 draws in the last 10 games, it's not like they've fell off a cliff.

Losing Hirst to injury is going to be a big blow for Ipswich.

Wouldn't surprise me if we end up playing them in the playoffs.

There's a long way to go yet and other teams who know what it takes in this division, Coventry, Boro maybe Stoke amongst others will have a say on all 4 play off places IMO as will the teams fighting relegation just as we have found out.

We really need a turn of luck with Injuries and to have Hackney, Obrien, Forss, Lath back and fit in January with Mcgree Silvera and Dieng hopefully having gotten some game time in there respective tournaments so they are ready to come back flying and maybe one or two surprise acquisitions and we can and will monut a serious challenge on the play offs and unlike last year I hope we are still playing for it come the last game of the season to keep momentum.

When the better players come back it will release pressure on the likes of Rogers, Greenwood and Silvera to deliver week in week out and they will become very important impact players for us.

Last season we definitely looked tired and a bit jaded towards the end of the season. I think a lot of that was that Carrick was able to pick pretty much a settled team each week with very few injuries up until the last six weeks when we lost Ramsey Forss and McGree - maybe this season we’ll see the reverse with players coming back into the side at just the right time at the business end of the season. As long as we can hang in there within touch of the playoffs until we get these key players back into the side then i think we have a great chance, but January is going to be a key month with a lot of games coming up in the league and cup
