Laura Woods quitting TalkSport

I thought when she first came on the scene and got the early morning gigs at TS she was brilliant. She really did take to it, however I think the last few months/year she has gone downhill a tad and got boring. Not sure if that coincides with her being an Arsenal fan and seeing them choke as the season neared the finishing line.

I do think her and Ally had great chemistry though and they were very good together.

She will definitely improve BT as Jake Humphrey was shocking. He was a terrible presenter and one of the main reasons BT was a laughing stock when hosting the FA Cup, Champions League, Premier League etc.

Good move by BT sport I think.

Have to agree with this, I also found her a bit annoying recently and haven't really bothered with the breakfast show. I think it might be mainly down to the fact that she seems to be everywhere at the minute, seems to be getting every gig going. I got a bit bored of her rants that she almost seemed desperate to go viral.

She'll be great at taking over as the main presenter on BT/TNT though, has that been confirmed? I've just seen Jeff Stelling congratulate her on Twitter, wonder if she's replacing him?

Wonder who they will replace her with, job swap with Jeff?

He along side O'Hara, Jim Whyte etc create too much traffic because they're idiots and speak complete nonsense.

Hits/traffic is more important for TS than quality of debates.

It's the same as The Sun newspaper. As long as they're being talked about, they don't care what the story/topic is.

As soon as i hear his voice i turn the radio over. The ratings must be shocking when its his day

Oh I agree.

It's terrible. He's an absolute clown and one of the reasons I rarely listen to the show compared to previously, however, just take a look at their social media accounts. The more ridiculous the take/opinion, the more traffic they receive/generate.
 
Gutted, was hoping Jeff Stelling was gonna host the premier league/champions league on TNT.

Not a fan of Laura Woods.
 
I've always rated her since saw her on Sky sports pleased her career is progressing well. Shame though enjoy listening to her every morning on the way to work
 
Thank god she is gone was always giggling at everything like a 14 year old i always switched off or switched over .
