Kwarteng

Looking very likely isn't it?

The gift that keeps on giving this government.

Unfortunately I don't expect that smug smirk to be wiped off his face, he's already achieved what he set out to do. If anything there should be a police investigation into him, but we know there won't be.

Could add numerous ministers to that list...it's about time we smashed it up and started again. People representing the PEOPLE, not the corporations and institutions set up hundreds of years ago.

Hunt, Javid or Zahawi apparently going to replace him. The latter comes across as incredibly slimy, remember when he used taxpayers money to fund his stables? Absolute embarrassment of a government

Growing the pie ? Apologists ? It must be Humble Pie.
is it still a pie if instead of putting it in the oven you put it in a foodblender.......then p1ss on it...........then get the dog to eat it........then take the dogs stool, blend it and p1ss on that?

I don't want that pie, but that's the pie THIS governement have given us and said we can have a bigger slice of

Wilder's CV already in from last time.

The mantra to repeat is strong and stable, 4 Chancellors in 6 months is unprecedented and shows that the PM has no grasp of what's required to govern, Truss nor Kwarteng have any track record of delivery, how they got anywhere near the top jobs is incredible, no fan of Sunak but in comparison he's a political behemoth.

The country needs a GE and the next PM needs a mandate delivered by the electorate, this corrupt cabal have done enough damage and the division in the Conservative Party is only going to widen as Truss continues to demonstrate her unsuitability for the role and continues with her policies of disorganised chaos.
