Kherson

What’s the understanding of the impact of the Nord Stream pipeline being closed down?

I’ve always thought of Germany as having a “export economy” where it has high energy consumption and produces items to sell abroad

The rumours I’ve seen is the pipeline may not get switched back on in which case it will be a disaster for the economy.
Germany announced today that their has reserves are currently 85% full. Should be ok this winter you would think?

Europe's reserves are 80%. Germany 85%. They're good with a bit of economising.

They have good spots for sustainable alternatives ;)

Some good news from the war.
The 11th Amphibious division from Kalingrad were ordered to attack the UAF in Kharkiv oblast. Instead they decided to go home.

Russian command structure has gone to pot (General Staff no onger issuing orders. Colonels at local level deciding to go home).

Putin is, I believe, in the Far East.

Russian forces encircled in two regions at least (Izium and Kherson).

Obviously it isn't all without losses but it has been a very bad few days for the Special Operation that has lost nothing.

As nice old ladies are in the news
