Juke Box Musicals

A very good, and possibly underrated one, is Beautiful - the Carole King musical. Absolutely packed full of great songs and the story hasn't been butchered to fit around the music, since the plot is basically just her (and others around her) writing the songs as their careers progress. Would recommend seeing it if the chance comes up.
 
saw the Abba , Queen and 4 seasons , all in London and all leave me cold, All well produced and a decent watch but the jukebox genre of making a story and injecting well known tunes is baffling how anyone can enjoy the experience... tacky and cheap comes to mind....
