Juergen klopp showing his class again…

On one hand I want to like Klopp as he seems like a good guy away from football, but he just comes across in anything to do with football as an absolute ****, which coupled with the fact he's associated with the most loathsome football club in the entire league just makes me hate him (and them) even more.

I'm no Utd lover but I actually celebrated when that 4th went in.

He’s a sore loser. Always has been. Bemoaning too many games but enjoys the successes of winning. Both come hand in hand. They will chase the dollar with mid season friendly tournaments around the globe though.

Tired of hearing it from the top managers with the huge squads worth hundreds of millions and the best youth has to offer as back up. There are plenty of clubs fans who would kill to be in that position yet we have to keep hearing this BS.

Saying that, Scandinavian TV? How many post match interviews do these managers have to perform? No wonder it gets frustrating, especially after a defeat.

A fantastic manager. The Premier league will be a worse place without him. He's so infectious. You look at him on the side lines or hugging everyone and you'd wonna play for him. Klopp and Pep have been terrific for the top flight.

That said can also come across as a bit of a tool if things don't go for him. We've all laughed at his excuses about Grass length / kick off times and Allison being cold 🥶. Yesterday was just rude.

I'm definitely no fan of Liverpool. I actually pretty much dispise the 'big 6' (used loosely). Just the monopoly and power they have. Also the spending power just makes it a bit of a none event for anyone else. Although that's not Klopps fault. Just me going off on a tangent lol.

I like the guy, it you read about him he seems to have a great degree of personal integrity, but he's frustrated and disappointed, so it's a small mistep for me, if at all.

The pressure on him and his peers must be huge and he's someone that hasn't always enjoyed that aspect of the role, which is partly why he's stepping away in the summer.

Like Arsene Wenger he is a poor loser for sure but in both individuals it's also a reason why they have won a lot.
Im not sure it is. The reason they've won a lot is because they're dedicated, focused and hate losing.

Being a bad loser is a symptom of that desire to win, but it's not the reason they win. Plenty of others have the same desire, hate losing just as much but can show a bit of dignity and class in defeat. Certainly doesn't make them any less competitive or any less like "winners".

Hate people making excuses for it to be honest. Whether he likes it or not he's high profile, in the public eye, in an extremely privileged position and should be trying to set an example and act as a role model.

What message does it send to a 10 year old? If the manager of Liverpool can behave like a brat and make excuse after excuse after a defeat, why should they do any different?

That entirely matches my feelings, the amount of interviews where he starts talking about number of games Liverpool play, the kick off time and other clubs spending is unreal.

Not stating it is the only reason they win - I said a reason - but id argue it definitely is one of them as part of their make up.
