That’s evidently true I’d say. But one of the most frequent moans about VAR is that it gives players off when they’re only a bit off. So there’s obviously plenty out there who think only being a bit offside doesn’t count.

Exactly, people moaned about officials for years and now they moan when someone is marginally offside. We can't have it both ways.
