Was waiting in my inbox when I checked my mail in bed this morning, showed it to Mrs Jumpers and she was in tears at the end.

Definitely good at reading the room whichever ad agency is behind that.
Given rising prices, Christmas will be hard for lots of families, impossible for some, so a message like that and initiatives like Lidl's toy drive will help people temper expectations or provide some much needed joy for those less fortunate.
