Does anyone know if Ayresome Park was re-created?

Sounds like they were eventually all auctioned off

Bargain.
Though my version from MFC was a lot cheaper..

I always feel that models of grounds that should be placed within a defined urban setting like Ayresome should just aren't convincing without the rows of houses that framed them.

Fantastic record of football before the Taylor Report and all the new stadia developments.
Great to see the Manor Ground, Oxford. I always thought it was like a Subbuteo stadium in that they just added another little stand every time they had enough pocket money saved up to pop down to Romer Parrish.

I have one similar to this but with floodlights and the adverts on the rooves. I may need to give it some loving attention as it's travelled with me since becoming established again after being homeless in 2014ish and got batterred about a bit.

Not sure it's from the same manufacturer though.

I've also got quite a smart porcelain ashtray souvenir of Wembley with the twin towers from it's opening for the British Empire Exhibition of 1924

I’ve got the same Ayresome Park model on my bookshelf in the living room, I’ve hat to glue the floodlights in twice.
