Bristol Rovers, or whomever he is now manager of, need to offer help and fast.

Look at his history, just how many chances can someone like that have.
Feel for their fans, I would be finished with the club if we appointed someone like that
 
Been dodging a jail cell all his life, its time to lock the **** up. Really hate the bloke I just hope someone gives him a good pasting if he gets sent down.
 
Absolute scumbag of a man. If it wasn't for the fact that someone found that he could kick a ball straight at 14 then he would probably be another low level mobster involved in stabbing people for selling drugs on the wrong patch, he'd probably either be dead or in prison for murder.

I would think Rovers might well be the end of the line for him, because they'll probably use this to sack him and who would take a chance on him after yet another black mark? I mean his rap sheet is long:

- Assaulted his own player Ched Evans, because Evans did a little comedy sketch mocking Barton
- Assaulted a man in McDonalds when he was hammered, then attacked a teenage kid
- Assaulted Ousmane Dabo in training and had a 4 month suspended jail sentence
- Accused of racist comments to Gabby Agbonlahore
- Stubbed a cigar out in the eye of a youth player when he was a senior pro
- broke the leg of a 35 year old pedestrian while driving at 2am in Liverpool city centre
- Assaulted a 15 year old Everton supporter in Thailand
- Exposed himself in a match to opposition fans
- Had to pay damages for vandalising a taxi in a late night incident
- Banned at Newcastle after a red card was followed by a 'heated row' with his manager Shearer and assistant Dowie
- Asked by the FA to moderate his language and behaviour on twitter
- Sent off against City in what appeared some vendetta, elbowing Tevez, kicking Aguero and trying to headbutt Kompany all within the same incident
- Calls Thiago Silva an 'overweight ladyboy'
- Has his Rangers contract terminated after training ground altercation and media abuse of celtic manager
- 18 month ban for betting
- Assaults Barnsley manager Stendel facing ABH


This doesn't even count the on field issues and the things that have been swept under the carpet. The guy is probably a psychopath
 
Not a role model in anything he does, agree with BoroMart, he's had too many chances in life & ignored them all, never learnt

From starting out as an a apprentice, to senior pro, then manager & husband I would say he's abused every position he's held

Regardless of the outcome from his trial looking at their forum they’ve had enough and want him gone . Ladies and Gentleman in steps Woody as a possible replacement 😬
 
The bloke is a coward and bully, look at his charge sheet for picking on those he sees as weaker than him and how sly he is with his actions - the red card vs Man City a case in point.

Beats up 15 year olds, attacks his wife, stabs a cigar in someone’s eye, charges the Barnsley manager from behind, hides away when shouting homophobic abuse at Torres. Not the actions of a hard man as some have described him, he is an absolute stain on the sport and if found guilty of either the offences he’s currently charged with then the footballing authorities need to take decisive action and ban him for life.
 
BoroMart sums it up perfectly. Barton has had so many chances and keeps showing himself to be a really awful person. After each episode he seems to show regret and keeps himself right for a while, but always regresses to the worst of his character. It's about time football stopped offering him opportunities.
 
He's a horrible individual. However one of my favorite football moments was watching us play away at Burnley in our promotion season where straight from kick off Grant Leadbitter launched a 2 footed tackle on him after he had been talking s**t about us. He's clearly a coward as he didn't react at all he just rolled on the floor in pain. Leadbitter should have been sent straight off.
 
he's mentally ill to such an extent it can't be rectified. Is he a danger to people in the street ? I don't know. Do we need protecting from him?
Some people just need locking up.

It wouldn’t actually surprise me if he was intentionally trying to get himself banged up to go and help his brother. When he came out of his last jail time he was so arrogant about it, as if it was a piece of pi**. I hope like someone said above he gets a good pasting one day and learns what it feels like. He’s a manc charver bully.

And worst of all, he was recorded singing a rude song about Karanka (at a time when we all liked Karanka).
