I believe it is something to do with

Police have been criticised for saying they will record rapes by offenders with male genitalia as being committed by a woman if the attacker “identifies as a female”

Police Scotland said that they would log rapes as being carried out by a woman if the accused person insists, even if they have not legally changed gender.

I posted the stats in a previous thread about trans sex offenders - it's such a non issue with tiny numbers I'm not sure why JK is so obsessed with it.

TBH anyone obsessed with Trans sex offenders probably is only obsessed as they are transphobic. They should be more concerned with male sex offending.

A woman can rape a man but that's a totally different thread.

JK is obsessed with trans issues and is using this as a vehicle to get her views out again. But the recording of rape by a trans woman is such a small % of sex crimes it's a non issue and won't even matter in the grand scheme of sexual offences.

I would imagine that men sexually assaulting farm animals is more of a problem number wise than trans-rape but that's not trendy and doesn't fit with the transphobic narrative.

As I said, this is for another thread.

In the UK a woman cannot be charged with rape but as an erection is a biological response it is possible for a woman to rape a man.

For example, man and woman begin consensual intercourse. Man asks woman to stop. Woman does not stop. If that was the other way round it would easily be describable as rape.

But this detracts from the argument - JK is obsessed with trans issues and sex crimes by trans people is a tiny fraction of sex crimes it doesn't warrant the attention it is receiving.

Why is it receiving such headlines? It's because of transphobia.

I'm not sure why she is doing this, in most other areas she seems, intelligent, articulate, empathic, but anything in the sphere of trans she seems to be turning into Katy Hopkins trying to troll and attack.

I think on some level maybe, her first digressions got her so much crap that she refused to try and learn and instead tried to double down, then double down again. She is now down some rabbit hole of her own making and to admit she maybe has a lot to learn about trans people before judging them is a huge and humiliating climb for her.

She's absolutely right. If a woman is raped, the offender should not be able to use the defence of saying he identifies as a woman. It's not transphobia, it's common sense.

But it's not a defence? What are you supposing happens after the police write up in their report that the rapist is a trans woman?

Exactly, it would never happen.

"I did rape her but as I identify as a woman you must forget I have a penis and find me not guilty"

It's crazy. It would never happen and never will happen. It's just another excuse for the fear to be wheeled out and everyone get stuck in about something that isn't an issue.
