From the BBC website ...

West Brom boss Carlos Corberan has been installed as the bookmakers' early favourite to be the next Leeds United boss.

While odds vary with different firms, he leads the way on all lists. The third favourite is none other than Marcelo Bielsa, the man who preceded Jesse Marsch.

Approximate odds

5-4 Carlos Corberan

5-1 Mauricio Pochettino

6-1 Marcelo Bielsa

9-1 Ralph Hassenhutl

10-1 Marcello Gallardo

I've not really followed Leeds (why would I?) but I thought the team were still playing for him yesterday. They bossed the game but didn't make it count.

I'm a little surprised that, given the commitment on show, plus a new record signing striker, they didn't give him a bit longer.

Still, a sacking is never about one game.

Can see Gallardo happening. Spent 7 & a half years as River Plate manager. Thought to be looking to manage in Europe. Won 2 Copa Libertadores, 1 Copa Sudermericana, 1 league title & 3 Argentine FA Cups. Might have a little flutter on it. I think Corberan will stay loyal to WBA for now. If he gets Leeds relegated he'll look a bit silly

Everton got in quick with Sean Dyche.. they were the first to break and will probably move away from the relegation pack.

who else is down there in the mix?

Wolves - stick
Leicester - stick
West Ham - stick
Leeds - twist - Mauricio Pochettino.. if they can they will
Bournemouth - twist - Frank Lampard.. his dad just lives round the corner
Southampton - twist - Marcelo Gallardo.. they need to move quick!!

anyone fancy Thomas Tuchel to take over from Jurgen Klopp in the summer?

Wilder taking over as manager and Leeds then getting relegated would be the absolute wet dream outcome wouldnt it??!!:love::love:
No.
We want corberan there so it details one of our rivals
I’m shocked corberan is about to take the job. He’s only been with West Brom two minutes!
