Bit late to the party here but I was amazed to watch a Brentford match the other week where Toney was playing.
Surely if there's evidence an offence has been committed he should be suspended pending investigation? Any inquest/trial would only consider mitigation is my understanding, and that the actual evidence an offence (or multiple) has taken place are already in possession of the authorities?
