Its starting to unravel for Newcastle isn't it

Not really unravelling, they still might finish in the champions lge place and at some point their arguably best player will come back from a ban, + like us they have had lots of injuries.
No chance they finish top 4 this season.

You think he is their best player? He’s bang average. Isak is the only top 4 player they have.

Lots of stories re Trippier, Joelinton and a hotel, a pregnancy and ones partner finding out.

i'd imagine someone's wife could be fuming here and has ordered her hubby to get the germany as quick as possible.

apparently personal terms are all agreed with trip and it is upto the clubs now.

"The gossip......"

Heard about "it" over Xmas when I was back in the NE, brother works with a lot of Geordies who, obviously, are ITK.

Day later heard exactly the same story only Trippiers name had been replaced with Joelinton.......

Bigg Market fishwifery methinks 😁😁
a lot of Geordie fan fiction doing the rounds. They've got to get themselves all worked up about something.

I don't think they can get 5th.

They're 11 points behind Spurs in 5th
If the injury problems vanished today, I don't think they could close that gap.

I'd say they have about a 50/50 chance of getting into one of the other European competitions
Fair enough, but just saying its not necessarily top 4 anymore.

Almiron to Saudi for £20m (Signed for 21m)
Trippier for 10m (Signed for 12m)

Not quite sure they understand how FFP works. I know i don't, but selling two of their best players and losing 1m for them? Aren't they meant to sell homegrown players OR players for a huge profit?

I don't understand FFP but i am enjoying their meltdown.

Almiron off to Saudi is the latest on news now .
Newcamel United going great ! BUT

If they need the cash then it's whoever they can raise a sale for. Selling homegrown players for a profit is better in the long run but they might not have anyone willing to bid for their homegrown players.

Its all over the news now about their finances too, so obviously clubs are/will try to take advantage of that. So any offers for their homegrown players like that Miley who they may value at £x, anyone looking at him will know they're in trouble so won't be offering anywhere near that. I just hope it gets to the point they have to sell and for deflated fees too (& it looks like they're close to if not there already, selling Trippier is a huge lose on and off the pitch)
