It was shocking against Belgium. The end of the game was just ludicrous. It needs to be stamped out. It makes football a laughing stock. I watched it in a rugby pub and we all thought it ridiculous

I don't disagree, but it's nothing that isn't permissible within the current rules, it's being professional and seeing the game out.

Boro could have done with a bit of that sort of street smarts in '97 at Wembley against Leicester.

You see at as being professional. I see it as running the game. It's play acting, it's cheating, it undignified and it robs the paying (in this case watching) fans of a gam of football. It's the main reason I'm no longer a big fan of the sport. Give me a sport where strength, dignity and athletic ability are valued, not pretending you have a poorly tumtum
