It’s now official wilder signs and knill is no 2

He’ll get nothing like that sort of money, here.
Yeah that's my point, he spent that on two players and still got relegated. Warnock has never had that sort of money...Wilder better be used to scrimping and not getting the players he wants....

I’m sure he realises that he won’t get bankrolled whilst we are in the Championship and he’ll have got used to that when he got Sheffield Utd promoted from this league.

Good appointment, could be exciting times ahead. I just hope he isn't a one trick pony with regard to tactics.

just listened to his interview this is first time I have genuinely been excited about us appointing a new manager for what feels like a very long time, with the squad we have, there is a great chance of the play offs, also worth a daft bet on promotion now!

Listening to both Wilder & Kieran Scotts interviews they both seem to have a definite air of arrogance about them which isn’t a bad thing in this industry. They clearly both have full confidence that what they do works and if they can click together we might just have half a chance.

Really excited about this appointment, must admit I was slightly sceptical at first (not towards his record, it's great, just whether he'd "fit") but having reflected on it some more I can't wait for him to get started.

Was out in Sheffield yesterday and spoke to a few blades fans who absolutely love him and are convinced we've got the best manager in the league. They were also full of praise of Alan Knill who, it is generally regarded, plays a back part in the development of the innovative tactics used previously.

I think Knill is an important signing.

Seen a few blades fans saying it wasn't quite the same without him. A manager can't do it all alone, he needs the right people around him.

I prefer that to being wet behind the ear like Woodgate's first interview came across as.
