If its not every day or even week then why not? I eat all kinds of things that are 'share packs' or designed for 4 servings.

I'd say I'm reasonably healthy and regularly do exercise. So it doesn't bother me if I smash in a 'family' anything lol.

My 'vice' is those cheap £1 frozen cheesecakes about the size of a plate. I can despatch one of those without breaking sweat. I'm sure it's meant to be for a family of 4😂. I actually prefer them to premium ones.
 
It probably isn't acceptable but lots of people do it. I would say it's the snacking equivalent of chain smoking.

I love crisps and do find it incredibly hard to stop eating when opening either a tube of Pringles or big bag of Doritos, Kettle crisps etc. I usually end up leaving a thin covering on the bottom of the bag to fool myself into thinking I haven't greedily scoffed the lot in one sitting.
 
I'll go through a big pack of buttons in one go - not sure why, but I do like to just let them melt on the roof of my mouth.
