The boy is a fine athlete! I remember looking at YouTube clips of him at Charlton when we signed him and thinking ‘what a player!’.
He’s now really starting to look the part. Think we may struggle to keep him beyond this season

Thats a battle i'd love to see. As much of a machine as dijksteel is, traore has had some of the best full backs in the world on toast, so i'd imagine he'd come out on top in this one too.

How come both Dijksteel and Bola both struggled to look like professional footballers under previous Boro regimes? and now both look like really solid promising players now? Its almost as if we had no idea how to coach and develop players.

That's what sorts the average coach from the excellent ones. Making individual players and teams better is my test. Very few can do it but Warnock is one of them. Giving them clear instructions and instilling confidence seems to be the key

To be honest everyone has got better (standfast maybe Coulson and Wing).

I have always been a bit 'meh' over Howson. This season and last night he looked absolutely class in the 'Clayton role'. Think it's gonna need renaming the 'Howson role'
