Is Andy Murray the greatest British sportsman

After listening to the first ten minutes of the match commentary it's safe to say we were all way off.

It's Jack Clarke.

Thanks to Luke O'Nien for clearing that up.

I thought I won this with Edwards. I come back and we are still debating it. I looked up peaty and I might change my vote.

Darts isn't a sport I am afraid. Neither is snooker or pool. The oed defines sport as requiring skill and physical exertion.

Have you tried walking when you are 25 stone?? That takes a lot of physical exertion!!!

But in all seriousness, in England darts is recognised as a sport: https://www.theguardian.com/uk/2005/mar/25/sport.paulkelso

I know it’s subjective but to do what he has done ( winning Wimbledon ) to win multiple slams including the holy grail, in an era of three of the greatest to ever play the game in Djokovic nadal and feddera.

He must surely be in contention.

To Dominate in a single sport without any mechanical advantage ( bike car or equipment etc).

He could yet add to those slams as well as he’s on fire in Melbourne fight back.
No.
